Maybe try the invite link again? 
Something does seem off for me though. Itās as if Make heavily caches my invitation and when I accept an invitation for a version of Davidās app, then it doesnāt update anymore. I only ever got 2 modules and whilst yours say āGlideā, mine says āGlide Tablesā.

Thatās weird. Although to be honest, I donāt use them. I still prefer the HTTP method. Mostly because more often than not Iām sending bulk mutations

Iāve tried clicking the link in incognito, still nothing. Do you guys have multiple orgs in your make account? Maybe thatās the issue
Yes, I have multiple Orgs. I just checked, and I see it available in all Orgsā¦ sorry I have no idea what the issue might be.
