A lot of customers and end users have quite some trouble “downloading” the app to their home screen. They usually click the x when prompted, and then it’s quite a hassle for them to understand the steps to have the Glide app in their home.
I was wondering if any UX experts had created already a gif or set-list of instructions grandma-approved to add the Glide app to the home screen, both in iOS and Android.
