Hey guys,

I’m trying to register a custom domain for an app. Im presented with 2 records to add , I add the first @glideauthid and this verifies fine.

I add the second record @ A IP address , this verifies also but now a duplicate shows up of this record with an error “Incorrect additional record : This record may need to be removed”

Any help appreicated.

You need to check on your provider management console.
If you don’t see a duplicate record there, try deleting the existing one and adding it again.

Yep ive tried multiple different combinations with the records and TTL values but no joy. I’ll await a response from their support.
