Document to Text AI Component Failing

Description:
The Document to Text AI component in Glide has been failing with a PermissionDenied error.

What I’ve tried:

  • Confirmed the source PDF files are publicly accessible.
  • Verified the App Script portion of the workflow runs fine.
  • Tested re-uploading files — still the same error.
  • The issue occurs consistently for multiple resumes/documents.

Error Message (from logs):
[Document to Text] Invalid response | PermissionDenied

Impact:
Documents in our workflow are pending because the AI cannot process.

Request:
Please confirm if this is a known issue with the Document to Text AI component, and advise if there’s a workaround or fix.

Same topic with me. From one to the other day (yesterday to today) this error ocurred. Unfortunately no solution from my side too, but maybe a hint that this could be a bug…

The same, here. But I~m not using workflow. The issue occurs in the data table.

Glide Support is aware of this issue, and is investigating.

Same problem I faced today.

I thought it was a plan edition problem but it looks like it is happening to everyone. For me I tried Workflow and table - same error.
