Data points getting deleted and added seemingly at random

Hi there,
I am building a app for attendees of an upcoming conference to track who is giving talks. there are about 700 talks and all the relevant data is stored in one data table, however every time i refresh the page, or navigate to another page, the data set get chopped up and random rows are removed and re-added…

here are some screen grabs that show my problem, all are taken after a refresh of the page.

this is happening on all of my data tables and i would really appreciate any advice on how to top this from occurring!

Which plan are you on, and is that plan an old legacy plan or a current new plan?
