Customer Success template

I have made a point-of-start template for small businesses manage their customer success management operations.

It includes:

  • customer and contact data
  • engagements (QBRs, onboardings, weekly meetings, etc),
  • tasks inside engagements (internal alignment, preparation, follow-up etc.)
  • voice of customer (suggestions, complaints, etc).

Basic procedures that can get sophisticated (and integrated with other systems).

I collected those basic features based on my experience in the field as customer success director and do believe they are very helpful for small business to start and have a minimum of management at post-sales.
