Customer acquisition and purchase event from Analytics


I am trying to work on the acquisition of my clients in Google Analytics, but I am encountering the problem that I cannot configure custom events and, in addition, the predefined purchase event does not jump to me when the user makes a purchase.

I would like to know if there is a solution for this since I want to analyze which communication channels used convert more to better optimize my advertising. In case you know another way to achieve it with Glide, please comment.
