I looked, but to be honest I don’t get it.
So maybe a little more explanation is needed?

You know how there’s an option for ‘Custom’ when entering text into the rich text, button text, text, action text, etc. fields?
It looks a whole dang lot like this:
This is what I desire for the add row and set columns options. I find it ridiculous that I already have to have a column in the app for this. Say I want to make a checkbox true. Do I really need to have a column with just the word ‘true’ on each and every row?! It would be much easier if we could do this:
And just enter the data there manually.

Ah, right. Yeah now I get it.
This is still a relatively new (and very powerful) feature, I’m sure there are lots of improvements and enhancements in the pipeline
