Custom field with column variable

Hi,

It will be great if we could have something like this for the custom field in order to not create a lot of columns.

#Likes (column) likes
Result example : 5 likes

and this of course could be used in more variations with multiple columns to construct a string with different values like:

#Likes likes, Following #Follow
5 likes, Following 10

In this example in order to create another 2 columns we could have the result in just one custom field.
