In addition to email, date-time and unique id, would be nice to have the current geolocation as an additional special value. This way we know from where was an item added.

No, you’re not missing anything. This is a feature that’s been requested a few times. Maybe someday. I know Glide has mentioned that they have concerns about a users privacy, so if they implement it, they want to make sure they do it right and the user is aware that their location is tracked.
Totally agree on the privacy concern. It has to be indeed explicit.
