Crm update on new glide app

Good morning to all.
On Glide, last week, there were the new updates. All the CRMs I uploaded were updated (without major layout changes) but one app did not update. Incidentally, my colleague can only access it from her PC and not from the app on her phone.
How can I proceed? Could someone kindly help me?

  1. Can you clarify what you mean by “the app did not update”? Are you referring to features, data, or something else that didn’t change? By your wording, I assume it’s the data.
  2. When you say your colleague can only access the app from her PC and not her phone, what exactly happens when she tries on her phone? Does she get an error message, or does the app not load at all?
  3. Is the app that didn’t update different in any way from the other CRMs you uploaded (for example, in terms of settings, permissions, or how it was built)?
  4. What type of phone is your colleague using (Android or iPhone), and which browser or app is she using to try to access the Glide app?
