'Create this app' button missing from templates page?

im trying to look at some templates that i feel can help with an issue im working through. Have done this previously without issue.

Looking at the template page (Inventory Management Template | No Code App | Glide) and the ‘create this app’ button is gone?

found this screen shot from a old video that shows what is missing.

Surely this feature hasnt been removed??

Templates are broken right now, so the button has been removed until they are fixed.

No indications, they acknowledged it on their status page just a few hours ago.
