So I know it pops up by itself, but I also know there are some problems with it depending on the situation.
Is there a way to create an add to home screen, or add app button on my menu like a tab?
What I would like is for my users to click the menu and see an add to home button…

It would be a good option if it were native, but it doesn’t.
My suggestion is similar to your request, I don’t know if you will accept it.
1- create an installation file (.apk file) on the cell phone
2- load the .apk file in the glide by the “file picker” component in the spreadsheet
Then, the user will have the option to download the file and install it on the home screen. 
So they would have to download the .apk file?
