Counter of users

This is my best understanding of the counts.

User Activity

Sorry if this has already been asked. I searched first and couldn’t find my answer. When I look at my list of apps, it tells me I’ve had X number of users in the last 30 days. Is that the number of unique logins, or does it count repeat visits too? Thanks
