I have add comments component but i would like to control all of them before publishing them, is it possible ? Where comments are saved in my spreadsheet if they are ?
can we remove a comment and how ?
The comments home page with name and email required to connect contains a sentence like " hello stranger " not very friendly so can we change it ?

This is an old document, but should answer some of your questions. Comments are controlled internally by glide. There is a sheet that’s created to show you a log of all comments, but it’s only for reference and in no way connected back to the app.
You can remove comments in the app builder. I believe you long click or right click on the comment and the option will show to delete them.
I’m not aware of a way to change the hello stranger wording.
