Hi folks,
Business Plan user - trying to set up integration to mysql.
Using the same credentials as I use for tools like DBVisualizer (which connect to my MYSQL databases fine) but no cigar in Glide.
Not helped by the fact that the error message is truncated and scrolls past the right of the screen.
I guess I could simply submit a support ticket (as I am on the Business Plan) but typically find the ‘community’ more responsive.
Can anyone shine a light for me?
