I am having issues automating a confirmation email following complete purchases using “Stripe’s buy button”.
Currently, I have a Zapier workflow setup between Stripe (trigger: new payment) → Gmail which worked fine on Stripe’s testing mode.
However, I tried paying with actual money the automation does not work. I’m wondering if it is something in Glide that is preventing this from happening.
I’d like to know if anyone has encountered this issue before? if yes what have you done to solve it?
