Community Challenge: Get Glide Certified (Winners Announced) 🎓

Update: We have our winners!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the challenge over the past month.

We had just shy of 100 entries, and choosing winners was not easy!

We did come to a decision, though, and our winners are…

For the Glide merch pack and $100 in Glide credit

For the $100 in Glide credit

I’ll be in touch over the next week-ish to get you your prizes.

Original post for posterity:

Glide is the easiest way to learn no-code development, but it’s also an incredibly powerful tool.

By combining a clever use of data, layouts, and actions, a skilled Glide developer can make magic happen for their teams, colleagues, and clients.

You can now showcase that Glide expertise by becoming Glide Certified.

To recognize the launch of our new Glide certification program, we’re challenging you to get Glide certified and share your certification on LinkedIn by October 31st.

The rewards:

  • 5 winners will get a Glide merch pack
  • 10 winners will get $100 in Glide credit
  • All winners will be showcased on the Glide blog, community, and social

To get certified:

  1. Create your Glide University profile, if you haven’t already
  2. Go to the Certification tab
  3. Review the course materials and pass the exam

To enter the challenge:

  1. Add the Glide certification to your LinkedIn profile
  2. Share your certification in a post and tag Glide
  3. All entries must be in by 9pm PT on October 31st

Winners will be chosen after the deadline closes.

@NoCodeAndy It would be nice if full-screen actually had the navigation buttons. To me I saw that the first lesson had 8 sub lessons but when in full screen you cannot see that and the lesson just keeps going till the very end. Starting to feel stupid as the first sub lesson should take 10 minutes - but I was actually on a journey taking 1 hour.

The indicated times at the screens - well I don’t get it. Expected time or time used? To me - not intuitive.

Well…took the certification without taking the lessons. Missed 3 (maybe 4)…but passed Level 1.

Not sure I would pass level 2 without taking the courses though.

Great work. No gimmes with Glide!

Same, lesson 1 wasn’t that hard. But as soon as logic, relations and queries come into play I think it will change
