Column Headers in Table

I am just starting out, being a bit of a visual learner I started out by downloading Templates, then trying to recreate to understand UI settings. I have often run into this on Templates and cannot figure out how this works. In the MySetup image I have created a Custom Screen, Set it to Table and Chose the same data source as the TemplateSetup, but the Template setup side has no “Style” selected and has more options like Column Headers. How do I setup something like that

It could be possible that the template app is using old depreciated components that are no longer available.

To me it looks like a List style collection instead of a Table style.
