Collection Components in Glide - Table and Data Grid

Hi,
Is there any way to add columns to the Table collection in glide? currently I have the table collection with 3 columns using the title, description, and meta fields that come with the collection.

Using the data grid instead of table is an option yes, but I cant use the data grid collection because it allows users to edit the item

So, is there a way to add columns to the Table collection ? Or can I disable editing for the Data Grid collection?
