Clickable telephone number

I want to display a telephone number that once you click it, it will automatically take you to your call screen with the number preloaded.

I can do it by saving the number as telephone number and then displaying it using “BASIC TEXT” widget. However, I am limited on how I can format or display it. Is there a way for me to enter in a customize text and then make it behave like a telephone number ?

You can add a Action Text component and set that to the phone number column and you can add the Dial Phone Number action.
