Is it possible to change a person from “member” to “admin”?

I would like that person to have access to all admin processes.

If so, can someone point me to a tutorial or set of directions?

So do you have a column to store whether a person is a “member” or an “admin” in your database?

I want to change the second person on the dashboard below from a member to an admin. Is there a way to do that?

Click the three dots next to the status (at the end of the row).

Thanks. Problem was, I was trying to do it as a member instead of having the admin do it. Problem solved.
