Change column values at once

Dear all, I have a question.
I am currently building a site with Glide Page, and as part of the functionality, I need to “change all the values in a column to the same value when a button is pressed”.
I can change one row with “Set Column Values” but what I want is something that can be done on all rows. Any good ideas on how to accomplish this?
