When I enter a filter expression in features, such as “Name” is “On The Register” it seems that the match is an exact match, including text case. In general, I think paying attention to case is inappropriate because it is quite easy to forget whether you capitalized a word or not. I got tripped up on the above expression when the value I was looking for was “On the Register”, not “On The Register”.
