I’m trying to work with push notification, but I can’t make it work. I followed the steps. There are emails on the table that have allowed notification but i keep having the same error.
Is this a button or something else? Can you show us how you configure the column that you link to recipient email field?
Yes, this is a button. When a user submit a request, the showing agents with enabled notifications should get a notif on their phone. Here’s a quick look on my data table. In addition, I checked the history, it was successful but I didn’t receive a notification on my phone.
The error message says that the email is empty. If you trace the email through all of your computed columns back to the source, is it coming from a row under row ownership?
At first, I had an error message, but now it’s not having an error. The issue I’m having now is that it’s not pushing notifications when an action is submitted. Tho the history said the push notification was performed.
To rule out other possibilities, is the result the same if you change the recipient email to your own?
Yes. I tried putting my email to see if I could receive notifications.
How? Are you receiving push notifications?
If you are receiving push notifications, then you need to check what Jeff says about the row owners on which forms you manage.
