Thanks but strange cannot find it even when i hover over the sheet icon not can i find the refresh icon at bottom left. Could be a bug. It was all good few days ago 
will do the mother of all cure re-start again and see if it helps.

If you made your app from a Glide Table then there is no refresh sheet button.
