Cannot publish app – Publish & Upgrade both fail (Free plan)

Description
I’m unable to publish my Glide app.
Clicking the Publish button does not complete the process, and attempting to Upgrade results in a client-side payment session error.

This appears to be a platform or billing session issue rather than a plan limitation.

How to replicate

  1. Open the app in the Glide editor
  2. Click Publish → nothing happens / publish fails
  3. Click Upgrade → client-side payment session error appears
