Can I make fixed pin number for passing Apple app review?

I am making the glideapp to mobile app.
But I have an issue.

To pass Apple app reivew, I have to submit ID and password. But Glideapps doesn’t support this function.

Do you have an idea or experience to pass review?
and do you know how to make fixed pin number?

Hello, here can i give you the tips for pass easly the Apple Review.

You can create an email at proton, without 2FA and just communicate the informations to apple like this:
