Hi I really need some help please. I was working on my app and all of a sudden it shut down on me. At first it said “Read Only” so I refreshed my browser, cleared cashe and cookies, even used a different browser but I still can’t get it. Now when i click on the app, I get the loading 3 lines forever. Can you please help?
Hmm… another user (2 actually) had the same issue today. Have you tried going to the main menu and opening the app from there?
Or you can try using a free VPN chrome extension

Are you saying the published application won’t load or that the project in the Glide builder won’t load ? I will assume the latter.
A few ideas:
- Check Glide Status
- Check your internet connection
- Check that a VPN is not interfering with your connection and if you can pause it for a few minutes to troubleshoot
- Switch from wifi to data, and vice versa
- Reload your browser page a few times
- Try incognito mode
- Try another browser (Arc, Chrome, Safari, etc.)

Thank you for your help. yes, the project in the Glide builder won’t load. Still won’t even after trying all 7. So frustrating because I was pretty far into my design.
There have been a few complaints today with this issue. If it’s an issue in Glide’s system affecting many issues (i.e. the issue is with Glide and not on your side), then the issue should be fixed quickly enough.
