Native Search Bar Not Sticky

Describe the bug: In apps search bar moves when scrolling a list layout. Started happening since iOS 16 on both Chrome and Safari. Tested with iPhone 13 Pro Max Expected Behaviour: The native search bar should always stick to the top. How to replicate: Scroll a list style layout with search bar enabled. Demonstration: This is a standard list style layout. Nothing fancy… no CSS.
