Bug or mistake?

Well something weird occurs while I was editing then
I lost a form.
So I created it again.
Now I cannot remember (or I can’t) see where to change the title of the form “Form”.
Did I miss something?

You can change it on your form button (when setting the action for a button).

I went back then selected the form button but the only title I have is the button text itself.

What is your action choice? Is it “Show Form Screen”?

Title property is customizable. It can have any custom name you type into. You should look at the button Action property on the right side of editor, not the button selector on the left side.
