Bought a template but it never showed up in my account

I bought a template, but it never showed up. I paid for it, I have the receipt in my email, but it didn’t get added into my Glide account. I’m wondering if it has something to do with the fact that my glide account is under one Google account, but when I paid, it was automatically set to another google account. I tried creating a Glide account under that google account, just to see if it landed there, but I didn’t find anything.

Hey, I was able to contact the designer and he got me squared away.
I think what happened was my Google account that I signed up with was not the default Google account that I paid for the purchase with. It confused the system.
