Bigquery data limit

I’m a bit confused. If I’m using bigquery. How does the row limit work??? If my bigquery/my query contains more than 25k rows and I have a Glide Business subscription, how do I control which data to show?

Thank you guys!

@Darren_Murphy @Robert_Petitto have you guys had experience with BigQuery?

With BigQuery the idea is that you do all of your data aggregation using SQL, and just present the results to Glide. For example, you might have a BigQuery table that contains 1 billion rows, but what you would probably do is write an SQL query that aggregates that table by day/year/month/whatever. So instead of trying to load 1 billion rows into Glide, you might only be loading 12. Or 365…

So what happens if my aggregation contains more than the row limit? They cut off the data?

I can’t answer that question.

I suspect with things like Big Query and Glide Big Tables just around the corner, Glide might reviewing row limits sometime in the future.

One thing that David made clear in his presentation last month is that they want to remove row count as a limiting factor of Glide. So as long as you are willing to pay, there will always be an option available that supports very large data sources.
