This is now the second time we have experienced very poor support from Glide. Last year, we had to wait 5 days before receiving a response, and now we have already been waiting for over 24 hours without any reply.
Who can assist us with this? We have tried both the chat widget and email.
Hi, yes, we are on a paid plan. We’ve been monitoring the chat widget, it first indicated support would be back an hour ago, but this has now changed to say they’ll only be back the next day.
