Hi,

I’m still unsure how to set up a continuous backup for my data / glide table (auto backup)

I’m worried something might happen to it.

I’m not looking to just create copies of my app or export data occasionally—I want the most efficient way to back up (and retrieve data when needed)

Any advice?

Glide is testing time-based actions, which can help with your use case (e.g: setting an automation to run every day at a certain time, look at a table, export a CSV and send that CSV somewhere else for backup). That is as automatic as it can get from what I know.
