Are user specific columns faster than default columns?

I seem to recall the advice that using ‘user specific columns’ leads to faster updates in Glide versus updating data in a Google sheet. That seems intuitive. However, does this still hold true versus non ‘user specific columns’ in a Glide table?

I would prefer to avoid user specific columns in rows ‘created and used’ exclusively by specific users (in a Glide table) since this allows admins to view all content. But only if the performance is not significantly affected.

I’m not aware of any performance difference between user specific and regular non computed columns. If there is, it’s probably measured in nanoseconds, so not something you’d ever notice.
