Apps stopped working

Hi,

Both my apps stopped working all of a sudden. They have been working fine all along.

I have verified that it’s not a payment or domain related issue.

Data editor still works but the apps dont load on their published sites.

I have initiated a chat via help but yet to receive any replies. Also sent email to support but yet to receive any replies as well.

Can someone help urgently? My operations are all on a halt due to this.

P.s. facing the error ‘could not load network resources’

One of my apps is like this for about 2/3hrs

That usually comes down to a network routing issue, and is generally temporary.
Things you can try:

  • switch to a different network, eg. cellular vs wifi
  • connect to a VPN

All my team members (and clients) are facing this issue. We have tried on different networks and private (incognito mode), all not working.
