What exactly do you mean by “able to create a database with information”? So you want your users to be able to do that?

hat is needed is an app where people can register with data such as name, email, age, telephone, place of residence, etc. and that this is recorded somewhere and can be reviewed later to use this information internally.
That would be an easy app to do with an onboarding process.
