App Powered by Glide Sheets Not Updating

Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing the following:

  • App using Glide Sheets only
  • Updates seem to happen fine within the app (i.e. submits and updates)
  • But changes are all lost when the app is restarted

This is the only app we have using Glide Sheets as opposed to Google. All of the latter are working perfectly.

I have an email out with support but not getting anything back at the moment. This is a live app holding some important information.

@Mark are you able to assist? The app is still appearing to save updates to the Glide sheets but the changes are not there. I have emailed support but nothing back. This is a live app.
