App not fully visible on some mobile phones

I have created a mobile app that looks perfect. On some mobile devices the customers cannot see the full screen. See attached there is a submit button on the top right hand corner and this client can’t see it or scroll down to see it. Can anyone assist?

They also cannot see navigation icons on the bottom menu as they say it is too small looks perfect in design. See picture 2 with small green dots on the bottom that are the navigation icons that are too small. Only on certain mobile phones.

Can we have a URL to test? On what device did you take the first screenshot?

Have you considered moving some of those tabs to the hamburger menu? In the Layout Editor, upper left, you can drag tabs under ‘Menu’.
