Any ability to change collection formatting?

Hi all. I wonder if there is any way to change a collection onscreen formatting. For example, using the collection as is, it displays like the following:

But I wonder if there is any way to change the size of the bottom text (Description field) such as:

Can be done with CSS, but that requires a paid plan.
The other option is to experiment with a Custom Collection.
