Latest email notification says “Glide is accessible and working. We are actively monitoring the recovery.” but the applications are still down, Not loading at all. Impacting business.

Now after having loading screen for thousand seconds finally got “Service Unavailable”, any update Glide team? Any acknowledgement? The outage email says issue has been resolved. Please clarify.
