I only see 3 fields on the screen, and where is this STATUS field coming from?

You can change which columns are displayed in the Data Grid. The default is almost never going to be what you want, do you will have to modify it.

I think the default when the component is added is just the first 3 columns in the table. As you said, we can always add more as needed.
Please check the right-hand side configuration @chessdr .
