Airtable sync for different active users

Hi, my project is connected to Airtable and when I submit a form, it adds the record on Airtable almost instantaneously and shows up for my user, but for others active users, the record takes a few minutes to appear, generating some UX troubles here. Could you help me? Is there any way to fix it?

I think it’s an Airtable sync speed problem.
