Add row to Chat for non-signed in users

Hi! We are currently developing chat display for onboarding, and we want non-signed in users to have an option to add messages to “Chat” component. Now it’s only possible using form container or adding a text entry with a button, that looks bad and doesn’t lock a text bar at the bottom of a page.
