is it possible to add a message body for text message?
Inside the phone its already possible but the checkbox can remove it.

Yep. You can do this with the Open Link feature.
The link should be sms://[number]?body=This%20is%20the%20body%20of%20the%20text.

Sms link - sms:
Https link - https://
Http link - http://
Phone link - tel:
Facetime link - facetime:
Among others. The facetime link is especially useful!!
