When I set the action of my Title Bar Action button to Set Column Values, the button does not show. If the action is set to a different action such as Add Row, the button will show.
Please help me out! 
Are there any data rows in your table?
Or, are there row owners applied to the table that prevent the signed in user from accessing any rows?
