Is it possible to have a condition based on when a computed columns data is updated or changed?

Without an example, I was thinking maybe have a date of when the item last changed to the new change date and use an ITE to say if dates are different then a change has been made / true. And set your visibility condition on If True. That would only work if changed manually though
This would be so handy.
