Hello Glide Support Team,
We are currently using the Agency plan on Glide and trying to embed our Glide app into a website built on Framer using an embed code. We’ve come across a feature called “Get support link…” which seems to be designed for this purpose. However, this function does not appear to be working for us or is unavailable in our settings.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? We need to embed our Glide app into our Framer-built website and would appreciate guidance on how to do so.

‘Get Support Link’ is the link you share with Glide support if you need to open a ticket for a bug. The support link allows them view your app in the builder. It’s not used for anything else, such as iframe embedding your app. To do that, you would still need to use your regular app url.
If you want to iframe embed your app into another website, you need to contact support to have them enable the feature for you.
Also, this feature is typically only available on Business or above plans. The Agency plan is essentially a business plan, but I’m not sure if iframe embedding is included with it.
