Using BigQuery data and managing related information with Connected Sheets

I have started using a data source from BigQuery but soon came up against the limitation where you cannot use related values to look up records in BQ. I have however managed to use the Connected Sheet function in Google Sheets to get to the data source and have extracted that data set to a seperate sheet. This Google sheet is linked to my app and I am seeing full lookup etc.

My question is has anyone else used this method and should I be wary of any gotch yas?

Interesting, can you tell me more about the limitation on not being able to use related values to look up records? I haven’t used Big Query in Glide before, is this some sort of a calculation limitation like we have with Glide Big Tables?
